Upgraded from a recessed downlight to a new LED coach light.
Using EMT conduit for the grounding electrode conductor. Installation is safe and above-the-code.
This switch was on the verge of starting a fire. Replaced with a new one. All is safe!
Troubleshot and repaired 2 HID wall packs. Replaced lamps and ballasts. Lighting 100%
This old knob and tube wiring was installed 102 years ago. We will replace it with new wiring.

This fluorescent lighting fixture was held up with drywall screws. Inserted toggle bolt. Fixture is secured.
This box hasn’t been touched in 102 years.
The receptacle was not a GFCI. Repaired an electrical hazard in the panel, and installed the GFCI.
The old Federal Pacific electrical panel was outdated, insufficient, and basically unsafe. We replaced it with a new 40 space electrical panel that is safe and has room future growth.
The knob and tube wiring is just pushed through a hole in the ceiling.
The contractor cut the coax cable. I repaired the cut. Service is back!
The coach light at the gate had a short in the line. Ran new wire and seal the openings where dirt and water got in.
The circuit for the water heater was out. Found shorted wiring in a receptacle box. Ran new cable. All is good.
